Located 23 kilometres from Moama, Perricoota Station has been rejuvenated and open for business - now hosting weddings, conferences, and parties and offers historic tours, fishing and water sports with its absolute water frontage.
Packed with an abundance of history, the original homestead was built in 1861 and now sits on 300 acres with three kilometres of Murray River frontage. The views and fishing from the river is tranquillity at its best.
The 90 square homestead comprises of nine bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 24 people. Formal dining room seating 20 people on the original homestead dining table, with open fire, sitting room and billiards room. There is also a large kitchen/ meals area, outdoor in-ground pool with kid's pool. You will also find a pontoon/boat jetty located on the Murray, behind the homestead.
Steeped in history, the Packing Shed is now renovated and open as an a la carte restaurant and function centre.
