Ready Cottage is a stunning blend of old and new. The original Ready family homestead has been carefully renovated to retain its old world charm while providing superb accommodation with all modern comforts. The three guest rooms all contain queen size beds, ensuite, television, heating and cooling.
Built in the late 1890's by Roy Ready, it was the family home for many years. Roy was a local builder, undertaker and served on the local council. The architectural style is late Victorian and Timber Boom and is similar to many houses built around that time in Bendigo.
Located within an easy stroll to Main Street where you can enjoy a meal at one of the top class restaurants or sample the local hospitality at one of the three hotels. Main Street is home to a wide variety of arts and crafts and antique stores as well as deli's and bakeries.
