Grampians Olive Co is home to the historic Toscana Olives - the perfect stop on your Grampians day trip. Enjoy free tastings of the estate-produced premium organic olive oils in the farm shop, including the distinctive range of infusions, table olives and artisan vinegars. A selection of dukkahs, honey and farmgate exclusive seasonal preserves made on the grove are also available.
Espresso, platters and sweet treats can also be enjoyed while taking in the tranquil surrounds. Or take a tour and learn about the process from olive tree to bottle: from sustainable organic growing to harvesting, cold-pressing and hand-bottling. During harvest season which is May to June , you can watch the team cold pressing their fresh organic olives into oil. The press is the only one in the region and reduces the time between picking the olives and pressing them, maximising flavour and retaining antioxidants....
