After your booking is confirmed,
Airport Pickups: Our driver will greet you with the booking name on a signboard in the arrivals hall of the Cairns airport as you come through to collect your luggage. Please make contact with your driver BEFORE collecting your luggage from the carousel. Your driver will then assist you with luggage and usher you to your vehicle to start your journey.
Hotel Pickups:
Your driver and vehicle will be waiting for you 5 minutes prior to departure in the driveway of your hotel or kerb side if a driveway is not available.
