We are foodies so have provided a fully equipped kitchen including; cook books, electric mixer, baking equipment, dishwasher, plus some pantry staples to get you going.... There are two Queen Size beds, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. There is an ensuite bathroom to one of the QS bedrooms and another separate bathroom with bath. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are three Smart TVs in the house (with Netflix - 3 different movies at the same time!), a blue tooth sound bar as well as a beautiful Gas Log Fire. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room will add to the comfort. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a large deck, table and chairs and BBQ. The cottage is fully fenced with a remote control operated rear car port. Further off street parking for up to 2 more cars is available in the front yard. Park your car and walk. We are close to everything! We have a port a cot, high chair, toys and books at the cottage.
