  We have been eating at Namaste Eatons Hill for many years, and with the new owners there have been the expected changes you can get when a business has the original staff leave. Our recent disappointment with the takeaway service on a Friday night was very frustrating..... So why the five stars? Well the owners went to the trouble of calling the next day to apologise. Sometimes we are very dismissive when a person offers an apology when we have been left waiting for some time, you never know the true reason of what happened out the back as we are probably listening with a sense of skepticism and therefore miss the intention of the message. But to get the call from a very upset owner, brought me to believe me that these small business owners are trying to improve. They went beyond what we normally come to expect from people today, they demonstrated genuine remorse. I truly feel grateful that I received the call, after all it was only a delayed takeaway meal yet the effort to make the phone call the following day meant much more.
